Computer network hit by a crash nationwide

A computer network that handles the government’s civil affairs across the country crashed yesterday, preventing public service workers from issuing administrative documents for two to three hours. This is the first time that a computer network server was disrupted nationwide since the network was created in 1991 to help public service workers issue certain documents, including certificates of resident registration, certificates of a registered legal seal called ingam, and certified copies of a family’s register.
