They are literally transcending space and time to come through the handset. It sounds like a scene from a sci-fi movie, but in fact it’s a new phone by Nokia that is being called the Scentsory. When the phone is in Scentsory mode, users can smell, feel and hear the environment of the person on the other end of the line.
